1. colcolage_fig.ps

The optical colour--colour relation in the narrow absolute magnitude range
($-22<M_z<-21$~mag). The colour indicates the SSP-equivalent age of galaxy
stellar populations as derived from the full spectral fitting of its SDSS
DR7 spectrum.


2. morph_NUVr.ps

Galaxy morphology as a function of the $NUV-r$ colour. The density contours
were computed from morphological information for 929 galaxies from the
catalogue (Fukugita et al. 2007) falling within $\pm1\sigma$ from the
best-fitting polynomial surface in the colour--colour--magnitude space.


3. zz_plot_NUV.ps

Photometric redshifts of galaxies computed from the evaluation of 
the 3-dimensional polynomial function determined from the fitting of
SDSS spectroscopic redshifts for 200000 galaxies as a function of observed
(non K-corrected) r, NUV-r, and g-r. The average standard deviation of
residuals is 0.025.


4. zz_plot_SDSS.ps

The same as in zz_plot_NUV.ps, but fitting only SDSS data: z, u-z, and r-z.
The average standard deviation of residuals is 0.030.
