Status Indicators

The VTT has indicators on the status bar in the lower right corner of the window. As you move the mouse pointer over the VTT image area, these indicators will update with information about the mouse pointer position.

The following information is displayed (from left to right):

Aperture Orientation

This is the orientation of the currently selected aperture.

Pixel Location

This is the location on the image where the cursor is. When zoomed in on the image, this value may be a fraction of a pixel.

Data Value

This is the original raw data value taken from the image file at the location of the cursor.

Coordinates

This is the J2000 WCS right ascension and declination at the location of the cursor.
