Please find enclosed the manuscript `` RCSED -- A Value-Added Reference Catalog of Spectral Energy Distributions of 800,299 Galaxies in 11 Ultraviolet, Optical, and Near-Infrared Bands: Morphologies, Colors, Ionized Gas and Stellar Populations Properties'' by I.Chilingarian et al. that we are submitting for publication in the ApJ Supplement. The catalog presented in this paper is accompanied with a web-site (still under development, will be publicly released in Apr/2016) and Virtual Observatory resources which allow one to access the tabular and spectral data in the batch mode.
