The following were created using the last version of afw that supported lsst.afw.image.Wcs
and lsst.afw.image.TanWcs. Both were written using makeOldWcsFitsFiles.py:
oldTanWcs.fits: a binary FITS table containing pure TAN WCS
oldTanSipWcs.fits: a binary FITS table containing a TAN-SIP WCS
